Puck drop from the Wendler Arena inside The Dow Event Center begins at 7:05 p.m. The Spirit are selling $6 Student and Military tickets for the game against the Attack.

Saginaw’s three-game winning streak was snapped in a 2-1 decision on the road Saturday against the Midwest Division leading Guelph Storm.
The Spirit look to rebound on the penalty kill after they allowed four powerplay goals in eight man-power disadvantages over the last three games. Despite the recent struggles, Saginaw has killed 83.3% of the penalties this season good for third in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL).
Rookie Ilya Solovyov scored the lone goal for the Spirit in the game against Guelph Saturday. The Belarusian defenseman is second among Saginaw Spirit players with 21 assists this season.
Top 2020 NHL Draft prospect Cole Perfetti extended his point-streak to three games with an assist on Solovyov’s goal in the second period of Saturday’s game. The Saginaw Spirit leading scorer Perfetti’s 27 assists this season is tied for first in the OHL.
New York Islanders prospect Cole Coskey tied Patrick McNeill for eighth all-time with 182 career points as a Saginaw Spirit player with the secondary assist on Solovyov’s goal against the Storm. The right-winger is second among Saginaw Spirit players in goals (12) and points (27) this year.
Owen Sound have lost three straight games coming into the game Thursday. The Attack were defeated 3-1 in their last game against the Kingston Frontenacs on Saturday night.
Center Barret Kirwin scored the only goal for the Attack in the second period of the game against Kingston. The former Guelph Storm draft pick has nine goals and 10 assists for 19 points this season for Owen Sound.
Los Angeles Kings prospect Aidan Dudas leads the Attack this season with 10 goals and 27 points this year. The 2016 Owen Sound first round pick scored 62 point in 68 games to lead the team last season.
The Saginaw Spirit have a total of four players on their roster with NHL ties. Blade Jenkins (NY Islanders), Cole Coskey (NY Islanders), Mason Millman (Philadelphia Flyers), and Damien Giroux (Minnesota Wild).
Saginaw has two players listed in the 2020 NHL Central Scouting ‘Players to Watch’ list, including ‘A’ prospect Cole Perfetti. Rookie Ilya Solovyov is listed as a ‘C’ prospect.
Owen Sound defenseman Igor Chibrikov was also listed as a ‘C’ ranking in the 2020 NHL Central Scouting ‘Players to Watch List’.
