Another productive offseason has the Saginaw Spirit in good shape headed into 2018-19 as they bring a good mix of veterans and rising talent to the West Division scene.

2017-18 Record: 29-30-9-0, 67 points (4th West Division)
Head Coach: Troy Smith (2nd season / 4th OHL season)
Key additions: Bode Wilde, Ivan Prosvetov, Albert Michnac, Cole Perfetti, Tristan Lennox, Ethan Cardwell
Notable graduates: Evan Cormier, Marcus Crawford, Mason Kohn
Leading scorer: Cole Coskey* (68 GP, 27-23–50)
Leading scorer (defencemen): Hayden Davis* (68 GP, 4-23–27)
Leading scorer (rookie): Blade Jenkins (68 GP, 20-24–44)
Leading goaltender: Cameron Lamour* (17 GP, 5-6-1-0, 4.16 GAA, .867 SV%)
Quick Hit: Blade Jenkins’ 44 points last season were the most by a Spirit rookie since 2009-10 when Ivan Telegin also recorded 44
